Taco Bell - Edson

DO NOT order Mexican food in this location. It is terrible. I sent mine back and got a refund. There are lots of other fast food place in town, hit one of those and avoid this place all together.

Service is the absolute worst out of any fast food place I've ever been to. Been here a few times and my order has never been taken properly. Cashiers don't understand English, and communicate internally in Fillipino where I'm certain most of the orders are lost in translation. If you try to get your order fixed after receiving the wrong items, you'll probably get something completely different anyways.

Is part of KFC so same complaints about staff. Could use more meat in the taco, always seems to be less then other locations, but taste is always great.

Restaurant and bathrooms are dirty. As it is attached to the KFC all those bad reviews are relevant. Orders are frequently mixed up and service is really slow.

Friendly staff but that is where it ends. Can't swap the salad for gravy in the 2,3 and 4 price box meals. Claim it is a hard and fast franchise rule but every other KFC allows the swap. They will however give you more fires. Three piece all white with gravy came out to $14 so pretty pricey for a KFC. Chicken was over cooked, dry and cold. Had top send the fires back for fresh as the first batch of those were cold too. I would skip eating at the Edson one.Pkace including bathrooms was however clean.
