Got... read more Fries were old, I handed them back and asked for fresh. Offered me a turnover while I waited. That was sweet, 3 hours old according to the cashier but sure. Got my fries, took my order to the van. All set, opened my roast beef and cheddar to add theextra, much loved Arby 's sauce only to find 4 or 5 lonely little pieces of meat flattened out in a soggy mess of a bun.....sodisappointing. Is it because y 'all are in a truck stop and just don 't care or what? Y 'all definitely didn 't have the meats atthat location.

No signs saying the bathrooms were closed either time. You just had towalk in and go back there to see they were blocked off. No help from employees giving us any direction to another place torelieve ourselves. Very inconsiderate. I would've understood about a plumbing issue as I was a plumber but to just not let thepublic know up front with a sign and then having Arby's closed at that location to top it off still not saying anything to tellus. Plus the gas pumps weren't working properly either so we had to pay inside work cash. This is why the low star rate. Iexpect more from a place off the toll road.

I informed the cook about it, and her response was, "It comes fully cooked, then we deep fry it and warm it in the microwave. There's no way your burger isn't done." Thanks, but I won't be returning here again!

The three guys in the back were fantastic a... read more I was really impressed by the young lady at the register at Arby's; she was sweet and funny! I absolutely loved her. The three guys in the back were fantastic as well—they really excelled at their jobs and were cool and respectful. I’ll definitely make a point to stop here every time I pass by. The menu is great too!
