Friendly, efficient, helpful folks doing their jobs as if they're helping out family. Store has been clean whenever I've been there. At least one person seems to collect shopping baskets, aka buggies, every fifteen minutes in the parking lot. I've brought several meat products from this store, and each time the meat has been spoiled. The oxtail were vacuumed packed but when I opened them the smell was atrocious, the same thing happen with the beef. I returned the meat same day I brought it, the clerk was friendly and apolegetic. I've purchased various meat products from this store, and unfortunately, each time the meat has been spoiled. The oxtails were vacuum-packed, but when I opened them, the smell was unbearable. The same thing happened with the beef. I returned the meat on the same day I bought it, and the clerk was friendly and apologetic. Due to this experience and several other incidents with spoiled meat, I no longer buy meat from this store. I also bought a fruit bowl, and while the top fruit looked fresh, the fruit at the bottom was sour. It seems like they are putting out old food and fruit.

The nearest comparable store is at least twenty-two miles away, but this H-E-B maintains a high standard of service. They have several cash registers staffed with live employees, allowing customers to focus on their shopping without any hassle. I believe Western Union services are available at the service center until 7 PM. The employees consistently wear masks, making it a comfortable shopping environment for those concerned about COVID-19. I highly recommend this store, and I think you'll find yourself returning frequently.
