I absolutely adore our H-E-B! The staff is always friendly and ready to help.
The staff at this store are friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful, treating customers like family. I've always found the store to be clean during my visits. There's usually someone collecting shopping baskets from the parking lot every fifteen minutes, which keeps things tidy. The nearest comparable store is at least twenty-two miles away, but this H-E-B maintains a high standard of service. They have several cash registers staffed with live employees, allowing customers to focus on their shopping without any hassle. I believe Western Union services are available at the service center until 7 PM. The employees consistently wear masks, making it a comfortable shopping environment for those concerned about COVID-19. I highly recommend this store, and I think you'll find yourself returning frequently.
Can't complain about this HEB bakery. I ordered some Oreo cupcakes for my kiddo. Her class loved them!
This store never stops amazing me. Seems like all the things for a reasonable price have disappeared. The ultimate today is the cucumber tray that appears to have 1 large cut up cucumber with that mexican seasoning for 5.86. Wow!!! how outrageous. No more Italian sausage, just brats and some of them are old and people have moved them aside so the store can see it's rotten. Come on HEB, this town has a lot of lower income people so what about them?? Some can't buy steaks for 9.49 a pound and one day you rich folks may not be able too either. Makes me sick so now I make a point to be in Victoria once a week and get groceries there cause they still have the reasonable prices. Oh and by the way I asked about the canned chow mein and the manager at that time was going to order some and 2 years later I'm still waiting
