Tim Hortons - Edmundston

What Eric Arellano likes about Tim Hortons:
This was our first trip to NB. The cashier was great. I don't believe English was her first language. Nonetheless, she took our order, repeated to make sure she understood us, and when she needed assistance, a gentleman came over and helped her. It was great to see teamwork from the employees. What Amy Anderson doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Can’t seem to make a good iced coffee. Very watered down. They replaced it and then asked if I wanted them to make a third because it was still terrible from the same batch!!! They don’t seem to be able to make it right. Not enough sugar, too much sugar, watered down such a simple order with simple ingredients that clearly the staff need to retrained on.
