Not sure what has changed here. Possibly owner ship or management but I am astonished at the food quality and service. I've lived in this area and been here many times. I haven't stopped by this location in a long time due to poor quality but I tried it once more. This is the freshest fast food I have had in YEARS. What michael salgado doesn't like about Wendy's:
The amount of flies inside this restaurant is astonishing. it's like I'm eating outside or doing a picnic, and service is so slow. Staff is not very happy to see us customers walk in. Overall, experience is garbage just like this View all feedback.
They mix the returned french fries with newly fried ones. They don't change gloves when receiving cash from customers... Other than those, the food is good.
Customer service just not there.It took over 20 min to get a cheeseburger, drink, fries and chicken strips. Someone had been there waiting to order that whole time and was ignored. I finally had to bring it to their attention and it was obvious they didn’t care. They took her order and then made the one person behind her wait another crazy amount of time to order. Then said “yeah yeah..wait” when he asked if he could order.Not a friendly atmosphere and I won’t be going back.
I’ve never gone to this Wendy’s until today. I am not impressed! I never ended up getting my food, the customer service in that building is absolutely horrible, allow me to tell you my experience here. I ordered their simplest item in the menu, bacon and cheese baked potato, two of them. Issue number one, the employee was not in uniform and instead wore a holister jacket and was not wearing a hair net! Issue number 2, we waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru for their simplest item, and upon asking he told us it would be another 4 minutes, mind we were the only customers they had. Issue number 3, after about 10 minutes we attempted to get the employees attention multiple times by asking to speak to them and even honking, it wasn’t until we held down on the horn that the employee noticed, and he was also very rude and abrupt when giving us an answer regarding the time of our food. After we arrived there were at least 2 other people ordering from inside, but it is still not an excuse at all to take 15 minutes+ to make 2 items absolutely ridiculous and not impressed!
We stopped in from out of town, bathrooms inside were dirty, toilet paper holders broken, no handsoap, and hand dryer was also broken.....Staff was not the friendliest and slow. From the 5 people ahead of us in the lineup, 3 of them returned their orders because they were wrong.....Hopefully, it's just a bad day for this location.........
Great food as always. This vist was a little slow on service. It looked as if they were understaffed. The staff that were working, were going above and beyond!
