It was nice to have an employee teach a trainee on 2 iced coffee with 1 pump of cane sugar I 'm a diabetic)and my plain old fashioned donut.A native guy ahead of me said ' go easy on her she 's new. LolI gave me my drinks 2 for $3 and my donut.I had 2 donuts instead of one. Bonus!? View all feedback.
What Justin Case doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Very very slow service it wasn't even that busy when I got there. I ordered a drink and a grilled cheese bacon sandwich....my cheese wasn't melted and was still cold. I waited 15 minutes for my sandwich I had enough time to stand back in line and ask for the bathroom key (bathroom was disquieting and had no soap) and come back and still wait for my cold sandwich. I guess they don't believe in quality control? View all feedback.
During our visit for coffee, my 8-year-old urgently needed to use the restroom. An employee named Deep Kaur (I hope I remembered the name correctly) rudely informed us that both restrooms were occupied without even checking. After waiting for about five minutes, we asked again and the manager revealed that the keys were readily available. We had been watching the restrooms the whole time. When we confronted Deep about her failure to check, she became argumentative and raised her voice in front of other customers, refusing to admit her mistake until the very end. The customer service was unacceptable. This employee clearly needs training on effective communication with customers. Furthermore, the manager did not provide us with a contact number to report our experience to the district manager. Tim Hortons managers should exhibit more openness and transparency. We will not be returning.
I visited TH at 11084 51 Ave NW in Edmonton (Pleasantview) and found it quite disappointing. The bathrooms were in such poor condition that I didn’t feel comfortable eating any food prepared there. This seems to indicate a general lack of attention to cleanliness, which is quite concerning.
I wouldn't even give this location a single star. The staff were rude and unprofessional. I stopped by for a coffee at 10:28 PM after being on the road for several hours, only to be told they were closed, despite the dine-in option being advertised until 11 PM. The doors were still unlocked when I walked in, and I spoke with an employee about getting a key for the restroom. Unfortunately, I was denied service for both a coffee and using the facilities, even though it was still within their stated operating hours. I hope management reads this review and takes action, as Canadians expect and deserve the quality service we cherish from our favorite coffee shop.
The service was incredibly slow, despite the fact that the restaurant wasn't busy when I got there. I ordered a drink and a grilled cheese bacon sandwich, but the cheese was cold and not melted at all. I waited 15 minutes for my sandwich, which was long enough for me to get back in line to ask for the bathroom key. Unfortunately, the bathroom was dirty and didn't have any soap. When I returned, I found that I was still waiting for my cold sandwich. It seems that quality control isn't a priority here.
I had a wonderful experience at the café where a staff member was patiently training a new employee on how to make my order of two iced coffees with one pump of cane sugar (since I'm diabetic) and a classic old-fashioned donut. A local customer in front of me playfully suggested to the trainee to relax, saying, "She's new!" I was pleasantly surprised to find that my drinks only cost $3, and to my delight, I received two donuts instead of one. What a lovely treat!
