Contribute FeedbackThe Mongolie Grill franchise is known for its customizable stir-fry experience, catering to both picky eaters and adventurous diners. However, this particular location falls short with frozen food and hit-or-miss service. Customers lament the removal of the popular rice wraps. Despite mixed reviews, the restaurant's welcoming atmosphere appeals to diverse age groups, including families. While some praise the unique dining experience, others find it overpriced and unsatisfying. Overall, Mongolie Grill may not live up to its reputation in this specific branch, leaving room for improvement in both food quality and customer satisfaction.
When my family and I entered the restaurant, we immediately felt welcome. It can be difficult to find a high-end restaurant that is both unique and accommodating to young families like ours. I observed a diverse range of ages among the customers, all of whom appeared satisfied with the friendly service they received.
We had 9 kids with us for christmas party .they all were happy to choose what they want.
On Monday night, a few of us went to Mongolie with a group of women who had never been there before. They all loved it and will definitely be back!
The food was delicious, but deciding what to add to your bowl was challenging. It would have been helpful to have a list of all the protein options, vegetables, sauces, and condiments available. This way, diners can plan their meal in advance and make final decisions at the buffet. Despite having to arrive early at 4:00 PM, we still had a pleasant evening overall.
We frequent this restaurant and the service this time was really bad. Restaurant was not busy, waitress hardly came around. Saw her twice in 45 minutes, forgot to bring us our appetizer. Food was good as always just took a long time. We usually get great service in the restaurant, so hopefully the next time we go back, we will find it back to the norm. I still tipped her, but later thought I shouldn't have.
