HEALTH CODE POLICY VIOLATIONMold growth in the building, and worker cross contamination. She was using the same gloves on the register and touching veggies and switching constantly and using the same gloves. I could tell by the grime on the till that shed been doing the same gloves for atleast a couple hours. Employee 104. Aug 31, 2023 1:21pm. Check the cameras and send this place for inspection immediately before someone gets sick if they havent already. There was more mold areas but did not want to disturb or interupt peoples lunches. We always go to this location and get best service and food. This is very clean location
Get rid of the auto tip generator when I go to pay. If I click no tip they give you looks or attitude.Won 't be returning to this subway if they keep the auto tip option enabled on their interact machine.
Please don’t go when there is a lady named Nadia is working . She was extremely rude . I simply asked if I can switch cheese to extra rice . When lady said at the counter said no , I understood and was fine with it . But Nadia she made very rude comments in her language which she thought I wouldn’t understand . When I asked her if she was talking about me . She completely denied but I know their language . She was not even serving me . Should not be making any comments when your customer politely understands no . There are other locations who would customize and give better customer service . This location Was very unprofessional and rude. Never giving them business ever .
I want to give the biggest thank you to whoever was working June 4th at like 7pm. I sadly didn’t get the name and Uber eats didn’t tell me who made my meal but they truly are awesome.The store was able to help me deal with an issue I had while ordering online which was amazing. But whomever actually made my meal truly deserves a raise. I know that might sound silly but their customer service skills are beyond top notch.To that person, if you’re reading this. Thank you. Your note was unexpected and truly helped make my day better. I want you to know how much I appreciate the extra mile you went to help bring some light back to my day. I wish you nothing but green lights on your way home ?
