loves this new vegan food! so far I have tried the filled baked sweet potato with cherry and the burger with a house salad. both were delicious! they don’t have much for dessert options: they have some prepacked vegan cookies from a local gluten-free bakery, so I tried the double chocolate and was not a fan, a little too gummy for my pleasure. I absolutely adore this new vegan restaurant! I've already sampled the stuffed baked sweet potato with chickpeas and the Beyond burger with a side house salad, and both were absolutely delicious. While their dessert options are limited to pre-packaged vegan cookies from a local gluten-free bakery, I wasn't a fan of the double chocolate cookie I tried - it was a bit too gummy for my taste. I believe there are better local vegan cookie options available. The restaurant is located amongst a few others, including Booster Juice, and does not have its own seating area. Instead, it has a food-court style setup with plenty of seating available for all the eateries together.
