Sorrentino's South - Edmonton

I checked this place a few times. Every time really good food and service. This time it was something different, it wasn't my typical experience first. Order and when the bread came ask an additional side of olive oil and vinegar. Had to ask a pleasant busboy. Our server remembered the fact. The order came wrong, but the food runner corrected him before he left. Pack the wrong order for me 'to go'. Server came here to apologize and said my court was taken from the bill. No, I didn't eat with the one I was with, but the staff threw out the fire before it even started. Reconized mistakes and made sure that I was not satisfied with the service, bill and food. I give Sorrentio 's South a 5 star due to consistency, food and customer service. Surely this visit was not 100%, but accidents/off-days happen and everything was corrected before I voicing my insult. I'm gonna dine here again and look forward to it!

Great dinner options and very tasty! If you're looking for a traditional Tiramisu, I'd go by here, it's more like a cake.

The short bad/good of it The bad: It could really s bit more light in the entrance of the building it was a little dark to the point, we were not sure that it was open. the good: food is very delicious and true for Italian style preparation. The skill of the cook is obvious. Very clean interior and great service Details: Very good selection of dishes here from the menu! I tried her chicken main filled with prosciutto and prawn with a creamy thyme mustard sauce that was surprisingly light. Everything was well cooked and the chicken had a good balance of filling. Enough for taste, but not enough to be a mess. My table mat had a sorentino pizza and it was also fantastic from the few little bites I had. The dough was cooked, but still soft and full of taste, while the toppings were nicely distributed. It was a little creepy pizza to eat, but if it wasn't so good! The drinks were made very good, though a little slanted to wine, but given the type of restaurant that is given a little. I know we're back.

I had half over 4 cheeses Ravioli and my niece had full size fetters Bolognese. Both were very delightful, though the ravioli was quite rich, so they ate slowly. Will definitely be the fetters next time, service was great and prompt...woulden You highly recommend this place :

The food was great, I ordered the roasted red pepper chicken penne and it was delicious and my husband got the pepperoni funghi pizza that he loved.
