What User doesn't like about Popular Bakery:
Returning to the car with our purchases, we tried the blueberry danish first, only to find that it was stale and at least a day old. The supposed cherry pastry turned out to be apple instead, with a frozen base and overly sweet icing. The custard tart was enjoyable, and the Portuguese donut resembled a beaver tail and was tasty, albeit a bit greasy.

We go to this bakery every couple of weeks or more often if possible. Just get the chicken sandwich. It is all about the bread. Well and the chicken. Oh and the hot peppers and fresh veggies. Great sandwiches. We also buy Sumol for the kids and Bom Dia my favorite Portuguese olive oil. If you like baked treats, you will also have a huge selection of fresh baked Portuguese pastries (another one of their specialties).... View all feedback.
