Papa John's Pizza - Edmonton

We always love papa John but not this location, my husband and I both had to stay in the washroom the whole night! And this is the second time already! The first time, my husband was nice enough saying we gotta to understand and help small local business.apparently they don?t care.

Loved PJ's Vegetarian pizza. Natural ingredients are very evident compared to one of other American Pizza chains. Garlic sauce is so subtle, light and tasty. Whole family loved it! On repeat order! Would try side dishes as well.

Absolutely terrible customer service! I have been calling for a week and no phone call back! Every time someone says ?a manager will call you in 24 hours.? 5 calls and a week later, not a peep. Stop dodging me please. Also apparently there never a manageron location. Pizza took 1 hour from the time it said it was leaving your store to get to my house. The driver called 30 minsafter leaving to ask us how to get to our place. It?s literally 15 mins away!! Pizza was stone cold and dry. Cheese was alreadysolidified! It was tossed in the garbage. I?ve called head office and sent in a survey. What else does someone have to do to getan answer back!

Extremely unhappy with quality and customer service. When you order a extra large hawian, it should have more than 5 pieces of pineapple and a couple pieces of ham. -that was our last experience a month ago. Today we ordered again, I even called thestore to say, ?can you please take some care and make sure the pizza has proper toppings? I was spoken to extremely rudely, told?yeah ok? and then hung up on. When we went to pick it up, clearly the person I spoke to did not care enough about quality orcustomer service to relay the concerns I expressed in the phone call, as our pizza once again had 5 pieces of pineapple. Fromthe rude service, poor quality, lack of care, We won?t be back to this location, the black burns location remains superior.
