Dropped in for lunch with hubby and daughter and were not dissapointed. We all took different kinds of ramen. Added the extra boiled egg to it. We all loved it, the bowls were big, very flavorful. The pork was tasty. Also had sushi, was very good. Place is small but we went in afternoon so was not crowded. Service was very good. Will return when in the city. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Ninja Club:
The food is mediocre Japanese fare. But the service is appalling. We gave the place 2 tries. First time, they bollocksed up our order, making only one meal when we ordered two. No apology, no explanation. Second time, sat down and was ignored for 5 minutes while the cook and waitress flirted with each other. If you like being treated like dirt and enjoy dark, dingy holes - then this is the place for you. View all feedback.

I have visited Ninja Club several times and have always enjoyed the food there. While the ramen may not measure up to that of bigger cities like Vancouver, it is still pretty good considering the limited ramen options in Edmonton. In addition to ramen, they also offer sushi, sashimi, donburi, and other small snacks. The restaurant has limited seating, so it's recommended to make a reservation for larger groups during peak times. Overall, it's definitely worth a try!
I had a great lunch at this restaurant. It appears to be a popular spot among students for its Japanese ramen. I wasn't too impressed with the maki rolls, as the rice layer was too thick and overpowered the other ingredients. The Japanese ramen, however, was delicious. The handwritten menu was a bit difficult to read. The tables were small and closely packed together, but the food was affordable and well-cooked. Overall, a satisfying dining experience.
I was skeptical of eating here because of the reviews but I wanted to give it a fair shot being that it's fairly new and that they are trying to make a name for themselves on Whyte Ave and stand out from the rest of the one hit wonders who eventually fizzle out.I liked it! Now, I'm not a ramen connoisseur and Iv only had it once or twice but I do know good food and I have high standards when it comes to letting someone else cook my food and I pay them to do it. I had the tantan ramen with a Japanese egg and beef. The broth was nicely seasoned with lots of flavor and a little spicy, the egg added the creamy factor and the noodles were chewy and cooked to my liking. I'm glad I trekked through the snow to make it here because it was exactly what I was wanting! I'll be back and I may try some sushi...
The ramen at this place is amazing. Nomiya is no longer my go-to spot because this place serves the best ramen in the city. I always go for the Tan Tan Ramen, and if you want extra toppings, you'll have to pay extra - which is pretty standard. I mean, Earl's charges $3 for a slice of cheese. I highly recommend any of the ramen options, but I wouldn't have high expectations for the other menu items.
