Moxies St. Albert Trail - Edmonton

Host Wait staff were great. Very friendly. However, the food quality was nowhere near what it used to be. My steak was under done, but we had to get going for a concert, and we had alrwady waited a very long time for our food. So I did not send back. We previously enjoyed this restaurant, and have had great experiences at this restaurant, but not sure if we'll be rushing back.

This was one of the worst experiences I had at moxies or any restaurant in general. we had a party of 8, so there was automatic satisfaction of 18%, which is good and normal. However, as it was automatic, it felt in the same way as the service level was exhausted. they had no **** for the drinks and were out of pure for the drinks. our waitress has forgotten to even tell us that one of our drinks would not come because they were pure heaven. the restaurant was not even half full and it took forever to get our drinks and put the order for food. the same waitress was super on a table of 3 behind us, but seemed to avoid our table as the plague. weinglasses had traces of water on them and one of my Martini glasses were chipped on the lip. their advertised 1lb cheese afteros not much cheese and were slightly burned. when they took our commands, the waitress remained at one end of the table and let us end from the other our commands to scream to them instead of going around. when several drinks came out, they served him at one end of the table and asked us to hand him over to the right person. overall this time was really disappointed and would not recommend it or return to this place.

Our group tried a lot of menu points, with all members satisfied with their selection.

Talia, our server, was amazing! She was super sweet and even when we couldn't decide what we wanted to gave some great suggestions. She even brought a small sample of the soup so we could try it before ordering it!

Experienced several menu selections, all is good quality
