Mcdonald's - Edmonton

Yesterday they ordered 3 meal times and forgot 1 pommes, the drinks taste like water. I couldn't come back because we only have half an hour of lunch. I called and spoke to jacqueline and she was very professional and apologise. she asked me to come the next day and she will give me my order for free. returned today and jacqueline has provided a very good service. when I took my order to my car, another manager and the guest service lady offered help to get my bags. I really appreciate it.

I remember why I didn't go to mcdonalds. service was poor. waits forever. she told me because we waited for the hatbrowns. now they were undercooked, glued to the paper packaging they were because they were loaded with fat. my brown bag where eating with fat dripping. never again.

Her personal has improved a lot, they were very polite for me (in contrast to a few years ago) and I forgot my wallet with all my id on the table when I was out and the one came out and asked me if I forgot it because she looked at the id and saw that I was in the picture. and to this conclusion I say again, thank you so much

What a TERRIBLE-location and awful service! they sat us almost 15 minutes from the car ride thru, because they wait for new eggs to cook. go home to my egg mcmuffin had no ice on it! waste of money! How hard is it to do her job? never back to this place because this is not the first time that they have turned our commands up. hide people who want to make their job, management. they have low IQ employees. you deserve zero stars.

The blond curly haired woman that brought my order to the front for me just made my day. She puts out some of the most instantly kindest energy I've ever felt. Thanks lady I really needed that this morning as I'm stuck at my jobsite forced to work on a saturday.
