The ice cream was good , and the staff greeted us right away. However we ordered something off their “ menu” and the worker did not put the right ingredients in, even when we asked what was in it, she just told us what she had put it in, which wasn’t what we ordered. I had a negative experience at The Marble Slab in Clearview. One of the workers was extremely rude to me when my card didn't work and started using foul language. However, when my mom arrived, he completely changed his attitude.
I was thoroughly disgusted and outraged by the service I received at this restaurant. The man, who appeared to be around 40 years old and of Indian descent (not to be racist, just providing context), provided a frustrating experience. Despite having a 15% discount for ordering through the app, he refused to apply it when I asked. When I inquired about a flavor not listed on the app (mango), he was unhelpful and dismissive, stating that only app-listed flavors were available. Even when I tried to compromise by ordering a different flavor and requesting mango on the side, he refused. When I decided to leave, he rudely stated that he didn't want my business anyway. I am appalled by his behavior and will never return to this establishment.

Missing mixings. Employee was terrified of human contact as if COVID is still a thing. They even block off the freezer so you can't help yourself.So either this location experiences a lot of theft, or they don't trust the science. Lol. What a joke.
Fast service very nice guy serving us. Very clean place and the icecream was nice and cold on a hot day. I love all the pink the decorated with
