While some diners found the food disappointing, others raved about the exceptional dishes from the chef's special. The elegant venue and overall pleasant experience make it a popular choice for many. The breakfast is also highly praised. With attentive waitstaff like Kevin and delicious meals by Chef Chris, Madison's Grill provides a memorable dining experience despite mix reviews on the menu.
The service was great. However the food was disappointing. The mussel appetizer wasn’t very flavourful and the mussels were over cooked. My son had the short ribs poutine and his fries were cold, the gravy and the meat tasted burnt. Two people had the duck and they were both very underwhelmed with the flavours and texture of the duck. I had the ravioli and did like the flavour. The waiter kept bringing us sparkling water and didn’t mention to us that it would cost us extra. The meal that we had was not worth it (only one of us had a glass of wine, my son had coca-cola, and the other of us just drank water). I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I give it an overall Points for the nice venue and the okay service
My husband and I went out on Saturday, March to Madison's for dinner. The food was outstanding and delicious and the service was great! We had the course chef's special in which we didn't know what we were going to have and everything was amazing! Can't wait to go back
The food was excellent. Our waiter was attentive but not overbearing. I love the ambiance at Madison’s and will certainly have dinner here again
We've been to Madison's many times over the years, often tied to a stay at the Union Bank Inn. Always a great experience great food and a nice quiet environment with great service. And breakfast the next morning is always great too..
Very good experience. Would like to try Madison's for dinner
