He... read more Later, around 5 PM, I stopped by the restaurant on my way to work to share my experience. I brought the hair with me and showed the manager a picture of it. He insisted that this couldn't have happened in his establishment since all his employees wear hairnets. When I mentioned that I had not received a receipt, I showed him my bank transaction to prove my purchase. Instead of offering an apology, he repeatedly told me it was "weird" and questioned me about the missing food. I explained that I had thrown it away. Ultimately, he refused to issue a full refund and gave me only $15.99 back, without ever apologizing for the situation. He seemed more accusatory than apologetic, which left me feeling very disappointed. The manager appeared to lack any understanding of good customer service.

But I am not going to judge the entire location based on that as maybe it was due to they had chicken made an not many customers at the time. Next time I'll make sure I request fresh made. I wanted to add a second opinion to my review as my partner had the chicken and gravy as well and they said the chicken was not very good and the gravy was extremely bland and not up to the famous KFC standards.

I am not sure if they are short staffed or were not trained properly but someone shouldn?t have to wait almost 30 mins for fries and gravy. I understand places get busy, but I have been to busier kfc?s and they were a lot faster. I would expect more from a place that is brand new.

And this is what they gave me after waiting. I am really disappointed with the service and don?t recommend anyone to go. Ihad guests at home and they were all disappointed as well. This is my First and last time order from this location. The managershould take things seriously.

I found a... read more November 07 at around 1 pm, i ordered 9 pc chicken meal with fries and gravy for $19.99. And i came home and tried it for lunch with my wife and son. I found a hair as not even half way done. So i threw them out in the garbage. So i went back on my way towork, it was around 5pm and brought that hair i found and also showed the manager the picture. He kept saying this cant be hisstore cuz everyone at his store are wearing hair net. And he asked for the receipt which i never received. So i showed him mybank transaction. He never said sorry but kept saying this is weird. This cant be his store. And he asked me where the rest ofthe chicken is. I said i threw them out. Then he said he cant give me a full refund. So he only gave me $15.99 refund andwithout saying any sorry and he looked like he is accusing me of a liar. I was very disappointed and the manager seemed to haveno sense at all about the customer service.
