This is in my neighborhood and since I’ve lived here 6 years, the dozen or so times I’ve been through the drive through there has never and I mean never been a... read more This is in my neighborhood and since I’ve lived here 6 years, the dozen or so times I’ve been through the drive through there has never and I mean never been a time that I haven’t waited 15 minutes plus. Today I waited over 22 minutes for ONE BURRITO. The manager was not apologetic or helpful in any way. The food is and has always been substandard as far as the brand so I will never go back again. Kept hoping they would fix the franchise and have new staff but DON’T go here expecting fast food or service. Make sure you have time to spare for crappy “fast” food.
