Was Chinaza Onuoha at KFC a mag?
Oh my! This is definitely the best KFC franchise I’ve ever been to. The service was top notch! The customer service rep was the nicest, I wanted to grab the meal for 2 but I didn’t know it required me to have a coupon to present to the rep. I told her I didn’t bring it along and she said it was fine, waives the requirement and then made the order. That’s what is called putting customer service first before money. Kee... I'm a little worried about eating at this place again. I ordered my food and it tasted good, but then went to use the washroom afterwards, and it was filthy! It's just one room with a full door at the back of the restaurant, but it looked like it had never been cleaned. In all my years of living in Edmonton, I've never seen a dirtier public restroom, train stations included. View all feedback.

This KFC is the worst in the city. Service sucks the worker Luz is so rude doesn't have manners does not talk to customers politely. We received half of our order and didn't get the receipt I shared this experience this service with my friends and family NEVER COMING BACK

Had to wait for 15 mins and the food that was given was stale, with uncooked batter on the chicken and fries were also soggy. I even called to complain but the lady that spoke to me didn't acknowledge their mistake. Pathetic experience with this location of KFC.

I guess I am not lucky today. Second KFC i go to and this one has the system down, so either cash or nothing. So its nothing for me, due to no cash. Not their fault but not mine either. So I guess I just spent gas travelling around for nothing. So, I guess I have to eat sonething else.

The food is horrible. Popcorn chicken tasted dry as hell. We ordered almost $30, and no napkins were provided. Just because we use the drive thru, doesn't mean we don't need services anymore.
