Kfc - Edmonton

The service at this restaurant is extremely poor. I have given this establishment multiple chances, trying to be extra nice or not nice at all, but I always receive the same disrespectful treatment. The staff treat customers as if we are a burden to them, speaking to us as if we are doing them a favor by ordering. Despite being the nearest KFC to my house, I am always disappointed by the lack of improvement in customer service. The same rude individuals continue to serve me each time I visit. It is disheartening to see how customers are treated here. My recent experience at the drive-thru left me feeling extremely disappointed. The lady who took my order not only raised her voice at me through the speaker but also refused my request in a rude manner.

I lived near this Kentucky Fried Chicken for several years and wanted to express my gratitude for the special deal they used to offer on Mondays. This deal allowed people with financial constraints to purchase nine pieces of chicken for only $10. Although this offer is no longer available due to inflation, I still want to thank and appreciate this kind store for their generosity and support towards those in need. Bless you and all those you have helped, thank you.

Every time I have visited this restaurant, I have not encountered many problems. The main reason I frequent this location is because they have not altered their chicken strips like many other KFCs have. My biggest concern is the cleanliness of the establishment, as it tends to be a bit dirty. However, the staff are usually somewhat nice and I do enjoy the food.

Dam I wish I would have read the reviews my mistake my food is horrible if you read this and still go there you deserve it never again this place is bad

Very dirty had to ask person to clean a table for us to sit down even though place was empty and employees are just sitting around on they're phones. Fries were extremely salty, pop from the fountain machine was warm and tasted flat. My sons chicken looked like it was refried from the trash. Hopefully health inspector gets here before someone dies from ecoli or salmonella.
