Freshii - Edmonton

Wow Freshii has opened at Northgate center. Loved this newly opened joint. Ambiance is colourful and pleasant. The owner/server is friendly. Oaxaca bowl is mouth watering. Must try fresh smoothies..

This location has really gone downhill. I order the Fiesta Bowl. The avocado, when they have it, is rotten. Who would serve that to anyone?!? And the bowl itself has limited lettuce but TONS of corn and beans. It?s supposed to be a salad with a bit of corn and beans. NOT a corn and bean salad with a bit of lettuce. Very disappointing. Certainly not worth $13!

It is good but I went for the first time today and they forgot my chicken. I'm kinda upset since i didn't notice until i got home and started eating. When you're paying extra for something you expect it to be there so I'm pretty bummed since i needed the protein. Otherwise the couple working is very nice.

The young indian lady who works here with long hair always goes above and beyond for me thank you ! Shes the best she does great service

So my experience with this location is above and beyond any restaurant I?ve ever experienced. I order their Kale Caesar wrap and ALWAYS a strawberry banana smoothie. My mouth is watering just thinking about it right now. Unfortunately, it had been a few weeks since I ordered last time because I lost my job a few months back so money has been tight. I ordered my normal strawberry banana smoothie as a treat to myself and apologized for not ordering as much lately given my circumstances. What I received at my door was not only my favourite smoothie, but my favourite wrap as well free of charge. There was a note inside wishing me to get back on my feet and ?God Bless?? to tell you I cried is an understatement. I bawled. It was such a sweet gesture and for them to remember me was incredible. But that?s not all! For Christmas she hand delivered me my favourite kale wrap as a ?thank you? for my business. You would think that would be all they?ve done right?! NOPE! Not only do I receive constant positive notes in my bag when I can order ?JB? went through the trouble of finding my phone number, and asked how I was doing. Unfortunately, I have Covid AND recently crashed my 2018 Mazda 3 that I loved so much. I was so down in the dumps and almost like fate they stated that a strawberry banana smoothie would be waiting for me once I?m feeling better. OR they would hand deliver it if necessary. Their food is incredible. That?s a given. The best in Edmonton for sure. But this type of ?customer service?(which is more like ?family friends? is beyond anything I?ve ever seen. Here I don?t feel like just a customer. They see me as someone who matters to them and I ALWAYS cry whenever they do something amazing for me (which is A LOT . Thank you and 5 stars isn?t enough. I can?t wait to start my new job and order from them daily again. Their food is never bad. I hope they stay in business for a very long time because I am definitely a life long customer (friend .
