The tofu wrap was awful and way overpriced as far as ingredients are concerned. No pictures of menu so we don’t really know what we are getting.Very disappointed with the crunchy lettuce and the small cut tofu. Why did you call it wrap when it is impossible to wrap anything using the crunchy lettuce View all feedback.

I can't have carbs, so the Caesar ordered salad. It was $21.5. When ordering the blessing, I asked if I wanted a full chicken breast as it came only halfway. No thanks-- it's $21.5 for a simple salad. Then the salad came and it was literally salad with ok dressing and a tiny piece of chicken. I'm sure the crumbs made it better, but I expected bacon bits and nice parmesan. It used to be an amazing salad with great val... View all feedback.
The music at the restaurant is too loud, which detracts from the overall enjoyment. Our server was efficient, but the wings and fries were served cold. Additionally, my side of wing sauce was missing. I ordered the chicken fettuccine alfredo, but unfortunately, the dish arrived without any chicken. The service at both the St. Albert and Clareview locations was disappointing and embarrassing. Despite having a good server, the kitchen staff fell short. While the food itself was enjoyable, the overall experience was consistently disappointing in terms of both service and food quality.
The service was excellent and the wings were delicious as usual. Thank you!
The service was fantastic. The food arrived promptly and was very tasty. Our reservation was prepared for us when we arrived. This is the best Earl's restaurant I have visited!
Wonderful table and server, the food was fantastic and quick to be delivered hot! A great evening all in all, thank you Earl's!
The server we had was ridiculously terrible! She seemed very friendly at first and smiley. However, she would take forever to bring drinks and food. We ordered wings and crab cakes to start but only got the wings. We thought maybe it takes a while for crab cakes so we waited. We had to stop her and ask if the crab cakes were on its way which she said they should be out really soon. They never came. Even though we asked for drink refills she'd walk by our table to other tables with other people's drinks. So we waited thinking she's either forgetful or busy. But it was pretty dead at 2pm. Our food finally came out and still no crab cakes. The food tasty. My dad ordered the peppercorn steak done medium. He substituted his cooked veggies for carrots and lettuce with balsamic vinegarette dressing on the side. His steak came with some kind of brown gravy which tasted like smokey bbw on it which usually isn't peppercorn unless the menu states it's peppercorn sauce which it didn't. Cut into his steak to find it was extremely pink!! He figured maybe it's the first piece and it'll get better. Nope! Pink pink pink. At this point the crab cakes came out! Had to ask for his dressing which came out yellow. Balsamic is usually a dark dressing. My dad just ate it anyways. We don't like to cause problems with service or food at restaurants. Had to ask AGAIN for drink refills. After we finished our meals my dad asked for another sangria. I had went to my car to get something and came back and still no Sangria. I went to the washroom and came back and no Sangria but my dad had already paid the bill and canceled his Sangria. We could see it sitting on the bar but our server kept going passed us to other tables with drinks. She did charge for the extra sangria so my mentioned it to her. It was taken off the bill but she decided to thank my husband who happens to be Caucasian while my dad pays the $250 bill. Seriously! We get home only to find the receipt says pepper sauce with the steak and was charged $3 for it! Which means it was supposed to be a peppercorn rub not gravy. My mom calls the restaurant and is told to email the manager. So there's no manager on duty on a Saturday?! Find that hard to believe.
