Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Edmonton

We visited the Drive-Thru for lunch and usually found the food to be fresh and hot. However, I was surprised by the complete lack of interaction from the staff member at the window. She opened the window without saying a word, and after a minute, while I fiddled with the radio, a debit machine was abruptly handed to me through the window. I completed my payment, but she didn't say anything back. A few minutes later, our food was just tossed out of the window. I expressed my concern about the lack of communication, and she simply shut the window on me, so I drove away. There was no greeting, no questions about how I would like to pay, no inquiry about condiments (we needed ketchup, by the way, and it wasn’t included), and no words of thanks or well wishes. Customer service involves communicating with customers, and this experience lacked that entirely. I’m giving it two stars only for the food; this employee needs a new job, preferably one that doesn’t involve interacting with people.

I had an incredible experience at Dairy Queen! It was my first time ordering from DQ in Canada, and I absolutely loved it! I had been eager to visit for a long time, and I'm so glad I chose the right place. I was a bit unsure about what to order at first, but the lovely lady at the counter, Priti, helped me decide, and everything was delicious. You’ve truly created a new masterpiece here. I can’t wait to return and explore the menu in more detail!

Fast and amazing we where to watch the oilers game and decide to go to dq between periods. we made it right before the beginning of the time because of the workers there. definitiw a five stars.

Don’t eat at this location, you will get sick.. I was at this location last week and they gave me old stale food.. When I got home I called to make a complaint and the manager I spoke too name was Pretty.. She told me the time time I come there that she will replace my food for me and took my name and phone number down.. Yesterday April 27th at 730pm I went there to get my replacement order to be told that they won’t and can’t replace my order because my name isn’t in the book.. I showed my receipt proof of purchase and again told them the name Pretty of the manager I spoke too.. They were extremely rude to me and would not replace my meal.. Today I called to ask to speak you pretty and was told she’s away on holidays now till May 10th.. Thanks for the horrible service and disgusting food.. I have made a complaint with customer service and also this location has been flagged for a health inspector visit soon.. I won’t ever be back at this location ever again..
