I ordered the mini cinnamon balls for my niece and nephew, and I didn't even get a bite because they devoured them so quickly! If you're looking for the best cinnamon balls in Edmonton, head to Cinzeo. View all feedback.
Super great cinnamon buns! The only reason I?m not giving a 5 star review is cause on one of our cinnamon buns we ordered graham cracker topping, but it was actually baby crackers? It looked like arrow root crackers... haha! But otherwise, we really enjoyed our cinnamon buns the dough was very soft and fluffy, the perfect consistency! And they had a great variety of fun flavours and toppings ?
I was excited about this place because I love cinnamon buns. Well the buns were crunchy and tasteless, the hazelnut frosting tasted super artificial, the cream cheese one was tasteless, my brownie bites tasted bitter and gross. I do not recommend. However, there is a really good gelato shop next door where we ended up after throwing out our overpriced cinnamon rolls.

People can complain about undersized rolls, but I never found anything. The only thing she keeps from five stars is the waiting time. If I could give this place, I would. My friend and I waited 20 minutes without line. A worker made cinnamon balls. We understood that she was the only worker, so we were patient. 10 minutes left and then a skipper came. He asked for the shipping order ___ and she continued working on it. (Everything before you order my / friends. We have 20 million EARLIER. Five more minutes passed, then you approached the SAME-Skip driver and said he received more jump orders from her location, and that he needed another 5 cinnamon balls? Instead of prioritizing my friend and I- she prioritized the skippers first order> and then his ADDED orders. BEFORE TAKING MINE/ BOYFRIENDS ORDER. I found the most rude thing in my life. My friend and I went out of empty hands. Almost an hour of our life was wasted and were in terrible moods BECAUSE OF THE BUSINESS. If you want here, you're ready to be disappointed. Because that's all you are?
I love cinnamon rolls but sadly the ones at cinnaholic were not worth it. The ones we had were very tough and rubbery. They barely had any frosting which turned out to be a plus as their frosting was very artificial and not very good. I was excited to see a cinnamon roll shop open in Edmonton but I don't think I'll be visiting here again. The staff was nice and helpful with the order process. There are a lot of things to choose from but we never felt rushed.
