Chef Hung Taiwanese Beef Noodle

My daughter and I ordered four items: beef noodle soup, tomato soup, golden kimchi, and beef bento box. As a Taiwanese beef noodle lover, I would say that this restaurant is average and does not have an authentic Taiwanese flavor. The tomato soup had too much tomato paste, and the beef bento box was dry and flavorless.

Sunday evening and not in the mood to cook and looking for in my emails I found a deal for uber. they currently have 75 off when they spend 15. I couldn't do such a deal. So I scanned through the different places and I already believed a braised bark soup when I came over them, I jumped on them. I got the marinated beef wrap and bark soup. my order was placed and my items showed with over delivery, which seemed like a flea mouse of an eye. the driver was friendly and followed instructions. the cattle slaughter was marinated bark meat in what seemed a beacon cake, which was good because I also believed it. it was very tasty and I would order it again, but I am glad I ordered the bark soup with it, otherwise it would have been a bit dry. the bark soup was a good size for the price and had 4 5 large pieces of delicate bark in that I was taken out and broken into smaller pieces and it was back into the broth. I have to say this is a delicious broth and delicate bark. I will order from here. but if it wasn't for uber and there deal I would never have thought of ordering from this place.

Overall, I would rate it at 3.5 to 4. service is excellent, but eating is not amazing or like any of my experiences in taiwan. I am certainly not an expert in this kitchen, but the noodles are very fresh and the bark is very tasty and delicate. the broth is very average.

I've eaten the first time here and I like it. I had the bark noodles and the bark was super soft, melt in the mouth, not chew at all. the broth was full of aromas and the flat noodles were perfectly cooked. come back to try more.

Really had a craving for some beef noodle soup and found drove by this place on whyte Ave. Came here on a Sunday and was really shocked I've never been or heard of it before. Nice, cleaner, large open space. Almost every table had guests. We sat down and got the beef in tomato broth and the 5 vegetable in clear broth and both were really good, the clear broth is a bit bland, I had to ask for hot sauce to give it some more flavour. Only giving it 4 stars opposed to 5 stars because service wasn't the best, took a long time to get our drinks and it would have been nice if the menu had been explained to us as it wasn't more done up like hot pot menu. Also ask for condiments if you like as they don't have them out on the table.
