Expect no new plates to be served here, that is what they do best, traditional, large portions, there is a place for these places still, glad they have stuck to their guns! View all feedback.

You order a medium pizza...in reality its a small pizza. You order a large pizza it's really a medium pizza. You pay premium prices...I paid $42 for the equivalent of 2 small pizzas which were not even loaded with toppings...(YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN MY FACE WHEN I SAW THE BOXES.) Once you get over the sticker shock the food was good but not enough to substantiate the cost or portion size. After being a customer for 35 y... View all feedback.
We eat here often. Just the two of us or with the kids. The portions are huge and the food is served hot and delicious.
We just came home from a late dinner at Capital Pizza Longdale. We have been going to this location for years. Usually the food is delicious. Not tonight. We walked in and greeted very awkwardly, we didn't know if it was still open and taking new tables. Just being stared at. Finally my husband said, "For two?" We were seated, drink orders taken. I ordered a virgin raspberry daiquiri. Normally they're really really good, but tonight it was served to me, leaking out the sides of my glass and it tasted very very bitter. My husband ordered spaghetti meat sauce and it came out like spaghetti soup is what we called it. My order was my usual and the turkey was rubbery. Just not up to par. We aren't ones to complain and demand a discount or send food back to the kitchen. We were just too hungry. My husband ate his spaghetti soup and I ate my rubbery turkey sandwich washed down by my bitter sour daiquiri. I wish it was better. We travelled all the way from St. Albert, just for the daiquiri. Lol

Outrageous price on a small steak $30 Seafood lasagne with very little tasteless seafood pieces but really cold beer Mentioned the high price to a good server who only got 10% tip as the food is way overpriced
I order from here on a regular basis. The pizza is amazing. Around 20 dollars for a pizza LOADED with toppings. I definitely prefer dining out to eating in, however. The service is hit and miss.
