Caffè Sorrentino - Edmonton

I love their coffee, cheesecake, and cookies. This is the place I love going for a little coffee and treat. I have eaten meals in their restaurants and it's a hit and miss. I just love their treats and awesome coffee.

Not your Starbucks kind of coffee shop. Very relaxing, good music playing softly! You can have a panini, a cake, soup, or even a glass of wine with gelato! Enjoy

Great food. Love the panini sandwiches and the soup is delicious! When I visited a few years ago there was a lovely young woman who worked there who was so kind and helpful. And she made the best lattes! I returned every time I was in Edmonton. It was a quiet place to grab a bite, read the paper and relax. Unfortunately when I visited recently I found that she has been replaced with a couple of rude young ladies, who chose to pay attention to their smart phones instead of taking my order. When I finally did get their attention they glared at me, rudely told me that the sandwiches in the case were for display only. When I asked which sandwiches they had left, they seemed annoyed. When I inquired about the soup they seemed even more irritated. Apparently helping customers is inconvenient and exhausting!My panini was still delicious and the soup was good too. But the service was bad enough, that I'm not sure I will stop in again. Hopefully the management will see that these employees are damaging the overall dining experience here. Hope things change. If they do...I will return!

High-class restaurant with excellent and very tasty food selection. When the owner/manager himself comes to the table to ask how everything is, it makes you feel special. Highly recommend!

The perfect place for a snack or a great cup of coffee while shopping in the area.Not a big place, rather cozy.Friendly ambiance, people coming and going all day. Busy place.A good spot to meet with friends or have a break.Great service
