Buster's Pizza Donair - Edmonton

Busters to us is known for taste and toppings. Our favourite is the Chicken Bacon Ranch been ordering from them for years and never had an issue until now. We made our own with chicken, mushroom, bacon (paid extra for topping) and creamy garlic ranch sauce. There was literally no sauce like dry as a bone and cheese was sparse throughout. We also ordered a ham and pineapple with regular sauce and there was no cheese. Literally everyone we’ve ordered Busters it’s been dripping with tipping and sauce like always. What we got was something you’d expect from Dominos which we never order due to this. When we called all we got was you cut the pizza the cheese moves okay yea we’re aware again doesn’t take away from the no cheese. As for the sauce I was appalled literally. Was only replaced with one pizza and it wasn’t much bette than the first. There was a little more sauce. Overall poor service and pizza. We will NEVER order here again due to this experience. The manager was one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with as well.Order from another location you won’t be disappointed. Also we had another pizza place make a mistake almost closing and they didn’t make us wait another day they took the time to make it right and delivered our pizza. This is the respect quality and service you’d expect from most.

We have a worst experience from this shop today ever had for a while. My wife ordered Donair and pizza combo pack this evening from the shop in person and she was told to wait for 15 minutes and ended up with long waiting for almost more than an hour. Staffs were totally unprofessional and asked them for a refund after 45 minutes long wait and they drag it saying excuses and let us wait more than an hour. Few other peoples were lined up behind us having the same long waiting issues. The donair made horribly, couldn't eat it and threw it into garbage. It was understandable that they made it in rush somehow.We live in Orchards for long time and thought to have a try from a shop in our neighborhood but never wants to go there again.Buy from here if anyone have enough time to wait at least an hour for a simple pizza as I could see peoples who ordered a pizza was waiting for too long and skip the dishes delivery guys were arguing with the staffs because of preparation delay!

Today tried their small pepperoni pizza and it was delicious. Perfect amount of cheese and toppings.

Been here a few times. bad everytime, why are the donairs ice cold everytime ? Doesn’t seem like the guy cooks except heats the bread.

First time tried buster’s. Ordered an XL donair pizza, hot wings and drinks. Pizza was great, drizzled with sweet sauce. Wings were bomb. They also gave 3 complimentary sweet sauce on side. It was ready when we got there. Customer Service 10/10. We will definitely order again.
