Burger Baron No. 14 - Edmonton

The restaurant may appear a bit dated, but the food is exceptional. It has been serving delicious dishes for 30 years. The son now runs the restaurant with his father, who is very friendly.

I've been to the drive thru a few times, but today I sat indoors for about an hour while I waited for my car at the shop across the ave.

I decided to grab a burger quickly tonight after driving around for a while. The service was decent, but the building looked a little run down. I was really hoping for a big, satisfying burger, so I ordered the Rudy's special along with a small order of onion rings. Unfortunately, it was just okay in my opinion. The buns were too large for my liking, so I ended up leaving the bottom half uneaten. The toppings were good, but not outstanding. However, I must say that the onion rings were delicious. Overall, it was just an average burger spot in my book.
