Dream Tea outside of T&T nails it, but there’s usually a long wait on weekends, and they’re slower at preparing drinks compared to Bubble King. When I first tried the honey green tea at Bubble King, they gave me a slush, with the ice blended into the drink—definitely not my favorite. The second time, I asked for the ice to be kept whole, but it was too sweet. On my third try, I ordered the honey green tea half sweet with no blending, and it was perfect—just like Dream Tea’s version. As for their other drinks, I actually prefer Bubble King’s real fruit milk bubble teas over Dream Tea’s. Plus, the owner is friendly, and the baristas are adorable!
