Contribute FeedbackBrewsters continues to charm its fans, though this particular location seems to have hit a few bumps in the road. While the friendly service—exemplified by attentive staff like Jessica—adds a welcoming touch, inconsistencies in food quality have dampened the experience. Diners reported lukewarm soup, differently prepared sandwiches, and long wait times, with some orders arriving incomplete. Despite these drawbacks, there were positive remarks about the overall atmosphere and varied menu offerings, leaving the potential for improvement. As Brewsters aims to uphold its reputation, hopefully, quality and service will align more closely in the future.
The food was amazing, but unfortunately, none of the customers were wearing masks. Fortunately, the staff were all wearing theirs, which was reassuring.
The nachos were average and the guacamole was brown. We waited for 15 minutes until we noticed the "help yourself seating" sign, as servers continued to walk past us while my son and I stood at the front waiting to be seated. Once we were finally seated, our server was very friendly and efficient.
I really enjoy Brewsters, but this particular location was not up to par. The food did not meet the same high standards I am accustomed to. The soup was lukewarm and the sandwich was prepared differently. Our order took a while to arrive, and when it finally did, some items were missing and had to be prepared separately.
Great food, unfortunately no mask in sight (on customers!) The employees wore their, so that's good
Nachos were moderate, Guacamole was brown. Waited 15 minutes until we noticed the “Help yourself seating “, this is just going after servers and my son are waiting to be helped. Once we set ourselves, our server was very friendly and efficient.
