Boston Pizza - Edmonton

I had a wonderful experience at Boston Pizza in Ice District on Pasta Tuesday. The service from server Heather was excellent as she took the time to help me choose my pasta dinner to bring home. I highly recommend the Create Your Own Pasta Penne with Rosé sauce, fresh mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, and baked cheese, paired with a Caesar salad. The restaurant is the best place for Pasta Tuesday dinner and I will definitely be returning. The service was excellent and I also enjoyed the appetizers and Cactus Potato Chips. Overall, a fantastic dining experience.

The service and food at this restaurant were the worst I have ever experienced. The server was a slim, tall, Caucasian man with blonde curly hair. Despite there being no other customers in the restaurant, it took over 20 minutes for us to get a water refill. There were other servers standing around watching television, including our waiter, who only came to check on us at the end of our meal. The chicken we ordered felt like rubber and was hard, chewy, and did not taste like chicken at all. This was a terrible experience and we will not be returning. The staff needs to be more attentive and treat guests with respect. Save your time, money, and stomach and avoid this place. It is not worth it.

The service at this restaurant was incredibly quick. Our server was outstanding - when we mentioned we were heading to a concert, she made sure to prioritize our order. Her manners were also exceptional.

Thanks for the suggestion BP. I already emailed you the day my visit. I checked the option to have a manager contact me but here we are. Changing my rating to 1 star for the copy paste response.The music was so loud I had to scream at our waitress. Also had to scream at my husband across the 2 foot table.Went to use the washroom. 2 servers were standing in the doors of the 2 normal stalls taking away. Had to use the disabled stall. There was no handle to close the door, it had been broken off. There was only a half exposed screw I had to pinch the screw to pull the door closed. Not sure how someone with a physical limitation would have been able to actually maneuver this set up.

The location is very conveniently located right near Rogers Place, but that was also a downside as it was very busy and we had to wait for a table. But other than that it was a fantastic meal. They were super helpful with all my dietary restrictions and allergies.
