Boston Pizza - Edmonton

Stopped in here with 8 people and they were able to accommodate us within 5 minutes.Service was outstanding, and everyone's meals came out on time, and were exactly what we wanted.Boston Pizza is our go to place throughout alberta, its nice to have a chain that is so consistent across all center's.Great costumer service

I rated this branch low as i have high expectations when it comes to this restaurant chain. I have been to probably 4 different locations and this one is the newest branch. Customer service was so poor that you want to find a comment card and say something LOL Here's our experience from this brand new location:Our waitress walked around our table chatting with co workers about none work related stuff while we wait for her to take our order. Missed to give us utensils. They did not have creamers for coffee, they had 2! 2 small containers or creamers. It was a friday night, 5 pm, busy time is coming, should not they have stocked their fridge in advance? Our pasta is wayyyyyyy over cooked. It was sad. My hubby always orders meatball spaghetti, each time we are at BP's. He could not eat this one. the pasta is awful.This is the saddest most depressing part: We ordered this chocolate cheesecake dessert. It honestly looked like my 5 year old plated it. And to make it worst where the chocolate drizzle was on the plate, right there is where the 3 forks were placed by the waitress. I was so tired as that was a friday night, we were looking for a fun place to have dinner with our little family, and that is how our night went. I could not believe that she stuck 3 forks on the same plate where the cake was. Really? The staff in this location needs major training. I feel bad for the cooks that works hard at the back. When the people that works at the front end clearly has no proper training whatsoever. I hope the owner or management is reading this comment. It's really too bad. This restaurant has lots of potential. I will not be coming back soon, will not recommend this place to friends.

Our new BP in Spruce Grove is very much a comfortable place to relax and enjoy a varied menu. Bring the kids or don't bring the kids, both ways are welcomed. Food is good, hot and our service was quick.

Not inexpensive, not the best pizza, tons of howling kids, so my question is why would one choose this restaurant. Here are the reasons. Quick, efficient service, convenient location, clean. So it is a balancing act. If you are looking for a quick convenient place to fill your gut, this works

I would recommend going anywhere but here. Last time i ate here i got so sick. I have had so many bad experiences. From wings being under cooked to fries being over cooked. Service being awful.
