This hidden gem has been delighting customers since the 1950s. They source their meat locally, ensuring it is consistently top quality. The service is always exceptional, and on weekends, their cooked dishes like ribs and pulled pork are truly outstanding. They also boast the largest gluten-free selection I have ever seen. Without question, they serve the best pulled pork in Edmonton. Their gluten-free poutine is made fresh to order, and the gravy is perfectly balanced, not too salty! If you're currently buying meat from the grocery store, do yourself a favor and check out Ben's instead. You definitely won’t regret it.

I dine at this restaurant approximately once a week, and it has been my go-to place for gluten-free food for several years. Although the prices are somewhat higher, they align with the general cost of gluten-free items. The staff is consistently kind and welcoming, and I want to give a special mention to the younger guy who has recently joined the team!

I had a terrible experience with the steaks I purchased. I highly recommend against buying from this store. I chose to visit based on its 5-star rating, but the steaks were tough and marinating did nothing to improve them. Additionally, the customer service was lacking—there was a woman serving, but I didn’t catch her name. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and a poor representation of Alberta beef.
