What Nadia van Vlaanderen doesn't like about Al Salam Bakery Deli & Restaurant:

What Πέτρος Παπαδοπούλου likes about Al Salam Bakery Deli & Restaurant:
We eat here frequently with our children. They love the fresh pita bread and the akawi ajeen (cheese pizza.) I always order the chicken shwarma platter and everything is fresh and tasty every time. The garlic sauce is incredible and so is the hummus. The waitstaff changes a lot but they are always friendly and the food comes fast. We always have a great meal here! View all feedback.

read moreAl Salam restaurant offers a mixed bag of reviews from customers, ranging from disappointing experiences to loyal patrons. Some diners found the food to be average, with some dishes not meeting expectations in terms of freshness and quality. However, others praised the delicious beef kabob, fresh pita bread, and tasty garlic sauce. The restaurant's family-friendly atmosphere and attentive wait staff were highlighted as positive aspects. Despite some cleanliness and service issues, many customers appreciate the authentic Middle Eastern cuisine and recommend giving Al Salam a try. The establishment also offers a variety of dishes including shawarma wraps, kebabs, and salads. So, if you're in Edmonton and looking for a taste of Mediterranean/Lebanese/Turkish flavors, Al Salam might be worth a visit.
