In conclusion, Ace Coffee Shop and Roasters has a cozy ambiance and friendly service, but it lacks in coffee variety, reasonable pricing, and options for those with dietary needs. It might work for a quick coffee stop, but I hope to see some improvements that would make it a more notable destination in the future.

Ace Coffee Roasters is nestled in the residential neighborhood of Ritchie, just off Whyte Avenue in Edmonton. It appears to be a hidden gem, as not many of my friends are aware of its existence. The atmosphere is breathtaking, featuring a spacious layout filled with natural light, making it an inviting place to relax. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, providing excellent service. The coffee is exceptional, and while you can find Ace served throughout the city, they consistently deliver their brews in the best way possible. Additionally, they offer a diverse selection of coffee and espresso machines, pour-over setups, and various accessories.

I absolutely adore this place! The coffee doughnuts are amazing. We even bought our Mocamaster coffee machine here. Whether you sit inside or outside, it's always a lovely experience. The staff is super friendly as well!

The restaurant offers a delightful and spacious environment with options for both indoor and outdoor seating. They have a wide selection of coffee drinks and freshly made doughnuts. Although the line was lengthy, it moved swiftly. It's recommended to walk to the restaurant, as parking is limited and the street conditions aren't the best.

I absolutely adore ACE Coffee! Their pour-over coffees are not only delicious but also of exceptional quality. I like to drink my coffee black because it tastes incredible by itself. The donuts are superb—light, fluffy, and bursting with flavor. I don’t even think about going to Tim Hortons or Starbucks, as I genuinely believe ACE offers the best coffee in Edmonton. While they don’t accept cash, that’s not a problem for me since I always have a gift card on hand. I often drive from downtown several times a week just to indulge in their pour-over coffee. My favorites are the number 9 medium toast and the number 10 dark roast.
