Frango Charcoal Chicken - Feedback
Reviews
Was User at Frango Charcoal Chicken a mag?
10 out of 10 because of the flavour of their charcoal chicken; so yummy and delicious chilli sauce, well done rice and you can enjoy other delicious dishes (like pork) and salads, plenty of space to sit down and eat your food. It is quiet busy at lunch time but you don’t have to wait for long to get your order ready.
What User dislikes about Frango Charcoal Chicken:
The manager was rude, the service was poor, and the food didn't taste anything like the Frangos at Wetherill Park. If I were her, I would steer clear of this place entirely. View all feedback.

The burgers are served on large buns with generous portions, and while the prices are somewhat high, it's worth it. I'm excited to return for their chicken burger—it's fantastic!
I visited Frango for the first time and, unfortunately, it may be my last. The chicken was really dry and lacked flavor compared to other BBQ chickens I've had. The chips were bland, and the tiramisu just tasted like coffee in a cup with a very thin layer of sponge or ladyfinger – definitely not worth the $6. The only positives were that the chips were fresh and hot, and the staff were nice.
Great service, the food is cooked perfectly i drive 20mins to buy my chicken from here amazing keep it up.
The charcoaled chicken was dry like the desert, the chicken roll was smothered in mayo and the tomato rice had no flavour.
**Frango: A Mixed Bag of Experiences** Frango has emerged as a culinary hotspot, showcasing a mix of delicious dishes like their renowned charcoal chicken and eye-catching burgers. Diners rave about the generous portions and flavorful offerings, although some have expressed disappointment with the quality of certain items, noting that the chicken can be dry and the sides lack seasoning. Service experiences are inconsistent, with reports of both friendly staff and rude management. Parking poses a challenge due to limited space, causing frustration for potential patrons. Overall, while the food's appeal is undeniable, diners should be prepared for varying service and logistical hurdles.

As for parking, be mindful that it's shared with neighboring businesses and the Ampol service station next door. The car park can get quite busy, so exercise caution when driving through.
