I like to get a simple latte or an A... read more I love Caffe Ladro and never had a bad experience or bad coffee here! Your espresso and service are definitely in my Top 5. I like to get a simple latte or an American. But today I used my Ladro card at the Edmonds Main St site. I was loaded and used this card since January when I am in town as I live in Iowa. I used the last thing that was there, so I asked how many points were left and was told there were 0! I don't know how the system works for them, but I was a barista for Tully coffee in Edmonds and we had to manually enter the points when someone used their Tully card. So I guess it could be a similar thing and maybe the Baristas didn't add my point when I buy. Barista offered nothing but telling me to check him again the next time! I didn't really know what to say because I'm not necessarily regular unless you count twice a couple of months as regular), and I didn't know him. Anyway, it was only extremely disappointing for me to have so service as every other time was amazing. That means their coffee is ALWAYS incredible, so I give them 4 stars especially for product quality, although the baristas were usually super friendly and helpful.

There is a wide range of bakery to choose which would supplement any coffee drink.
