Description

At this restaurant, the dining experience offers a mixed bag of flavors and service. While standout dishes like the brisket and pulled pork garner praise for their rich taste and tenderness, patrons have expressed disappointment with inconsistent flavors, particularly with ribs and barbecue sauce. Service issues, including cleanliness concerns and inattentiveness, have also tarnished visits for some. Despite these drawbacks, management appears proactive in addressing customer feedback, demonstrating a commitment to improvement. Overall, while many find potential in the barbecue offerings, others feel that the quality and service do not meet expectations, suggesting a need for further refinement.

The chopped brisket was full of fat and gristle. Most of it was inedible.

Everybody needs checked our orders even when you go to pick them up and you put your order and they said yes that’s what you get but it’s not what you get when you get home requested no bread no onions, extra pickles. Got everything I didn’t want and nothing of what I asked for. cannot stand that the onions are in the same container. I mean, the sliced briskets are two chunks of meat, which is not that appealing . Bread in the trash along with the onions. What a waste for some who like it. When I’m spending $20 on a lunch and it’s easy as that is sad

Cough eyes watering cough They sure love black pepper, don’t they? It’s on just about everything they make. Personally, I like to taste the meat’s natural flavor. But as it was, I almost couldn’t tell the turkey from the sausage due to the overpowering coating of pepper in the meats and also the sauces. If that’s your thing, more power to ya. But your wife may want you to brush your teeth before you get home.

Nov 15 2024. Friday at 7:20pm. Waterloo rd location. Ordered a polish sausage sandwich with Mac and cheese and small drink. Cost me almost $17 and I get this little styrofoam thing with 5 bites of mac and cheese and a little bun that’s was maybe 5 inches around with one small polish sausage link that was sliced up a little bit. The sausage link wasn’t even very warm. That’s it. Not enough for a 10 yr old and costs $17. Should have known better as there wasn’t a single other customer in the place at 7:20 pm on a Friday. Never will I ever go back or recommend this place. Don’t try it. You will be disappointed.

This place is ok for the money. The first time I eat here there was nothing but a smoke flavor on the ribs. Thought I would try it again and got a chopped beef sandwich and added a sausage to it. It was good but not worth what I paid for it. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
