Smokey's Midnight Express - Edmond

So just found smokeys Midnight Express tonight on Google. Real food made locally by real people delivered straight to your door, yes please! I was definitely not disappointed! The Smokies Kickin Chicken Sandwich was incredible, lightly battered and seasoned just right. I opted for chipotle ranch in lieu of the wee bit spicier habanero aioli. The baked mac and cheese will be lunch tomorrow but I had to try it tonight. Yum! And did you see that cheese??! Can't wait to try my caramel apple mix. And yes they delivered ice cream to me and it wasn't melted! Can't wait to try this place again

I want so desperately to try this place, but I am never able to get through on the phone. I don't have a card, so I always pay with cash, but that is moot anyways because through the mobile app, It always says delivery unavailable, and there is no option for cash. I work at a hotel from 3-11pm, and am always looking for something to eat because everything closes by the time I'm on my way home. Please take my money!! I need that chicken and waffles, and add 5 fried shrimp! I could just come by after work but it takes me way out of my route home, and I already drive an hour............ Ok, promised an updated review, the owner called me the next day to apologize and thoroughly explain their situation being a family owned restaurant, very polite man looking out for his business, and cares about how it is perceived, that is huge for me. He offered me a discounted meal which I accepted, the picture that follows is all I have left to eat of my chicken and waffles with fried shrimp. The chicken, I'm especially happy I'm saving for last. For it being delivered there was still a very good crunch all the way around, perfect amount of seasoning, the waffles were great and crunchy on the outside and it was warm on the inside. Nothing was soggy, like most times breaded food that gets delivered usually is. The highlight of that was definitely the syrup to dip it all in. Onto the shrimp, it was awesome, the right amount of spice went into it, which was made even better with the sauce that accompanies it. Very pleased to have eaten this. Making this place my go to Sunday night delivery meal, very anxious to try the rest of the menu. Thank you guys again for the food, and prompt responses. -Josh

The food was Magnificent packed with flavor and cooked with lots of love. Alex the cook showed excellent customer service. He politely helped me pick out my purchase and cooked my order expeditiously and it tasted superb good food fast and prepared with careful consideration this is definitely a great spot for a quick delicious bite to eat and they deliver and they have an app it's my pick for a delicious fixxxx

Totally beat my expectations. Really delicious and looking forward to getting more
