They remade my pi... read more Ordered a large pizza was pretty clear what I wanted and when I got there only half of the pizza was what I order the rest was regular cheese. They remade my pizza which was the bare minimum and didn’t offer anything else since I had to wait for another 15 min . Nothing to make up for my time I had to wait. Food is good but service is trash no effort other than the bare minimum. Will not be going back and will be taking my business elsewhere. When I got home part of the pizza was still under cooked to I had to put in an oven. A customer should not have to do that.

Finally she came back after she left us in the restaurant and allowed us to sit in one standing, but took our cutlery and menus as she goes to get a towel to delete the table that was not dirty. then we had to wait until she dried the table before we get our menus. almost immediately the waitress was on the table who tried to take our beverage order, had not even time to look at the beverage menu. husband ordered a beer, it was brought to him in the bottle without offering a glass. ordered salat and cheese stalls for starters. my salat was full of brown/colored...read more

Small family owned, delicious food, and great service. We had a party of 8 for my birthdAy and everything was outstanding. They even surprised me with a home made chocolate brownie and the singing bartender that sang happy birthday in Italian. We done here often and I would say always make a reservation especially on the weekends, they do get very busy.

She joked with... read more Wow, very surprised at all of the negative reviews. I came in Last night around 10pm, Saturday; 10/08/2017 and was seated by a very sweat women. She joked with me because I had took a picture of their Chefs Signature Dishes for that night (I know I know, I just wanted to document my night there). I was seated immediately and was greeted by my waitress for the night (I wish I could remember her name so she could get credit for my wonderful visit). She was super informative as well as suggestive! We started out with an impeccable Italian red wine as well as the bruschetta (which was a must try, very strong tomato! It was delicious) then she told us in more detail about the chefs dishes, let's be honest, I had no idea what any of it meant LOL. I ended up ordering the veal picatta with a house salad and side of spaghetti, my meal was absolutely amazing! I have never tried veal before but, this dish almost brought me to tears by how amazing it was. I couldn't believe that something like this was hidden in the heart of Edmond and I've never tried it. As for my Fiance, he had the angel hair pasta with the mushroom red sauce that was infused with red wine and he topped it with meatballs which he gave me a few bites of and they were absolutely amazing too, best meatballs I've ever eaten... EVER. I'm sure I could go into more detail about his order but, I was so amazed by mine that I doubt anyone will read this full review. I feel like this amazing place to eat is underappreciated and should be acknowledged as the best place in Edmond maybe even in Oklahoma to eat Italian food and if you can't see that then I pitty you. This is a must eat and you can bet you bottom dollar I'll be back to enjoy more acquisit Italian food. THANK YOU.

Ordered the Greg’s Lasagna... read more First time trying Othello’s. We ordered takeout from the Edmond location. The guy that took our order was very pleasant and helpful. Ordered the Greg’s Lasagna Suprema. The serving size was plentiful. Tasted better than other places we’ve visited. It was a bit dry and could’ve had a bit more sauce. Also got the bread and it was good. We will definitely visit again and try out some other entrees. Appreciate the courteous service!! Thank you.Parking: We were able to park fairly close. No problems getting in and out of the area.

Waitresses... read more Until recently Othello’s has always been a great place to eat. They have good food and good specials. Local small restaurant with a cozy environment. Waitresses and waiters have always been nice friendly and welcoming and have never had a problem.Unfortunately some recent management changes have been made that have changed our decision to not eat here as often. Sad to say we will be taking Othello’s Edmond out of our dining rotation. It is sad because we would visit this place a few times a month whether it was dine in or To-Go.Recently without us even saying or asking anything a host up front voluntarily had mentioned and confirmed some thoughts we had and even mentioned to me that we eat there too often for what we get in return. Seems like we won’t be missed.People and places sometimes need to change to succeed in other areas. I hope they are the changes that fit their goals and values. Unfortunately at the moment they don’t fit mine.

Sat there waiting for a server to come to our table. At 9:10 we finally flagged one down and she said she would get one. Waited 11 more minutes and no one ever came to our table. At least four were working and only 4 tables had guest in the whole place. Finally just got up and left without anyone even noticing or saying a word to us.

We visited Othello's for a Valentine's Day date night, and it was absolutely beautiful. The candles were glowing, and the warm, inviting decor set the perfect mood. The food was fantastic, and the staff were kind and attentive. It was an amazing experience overall. I highly recommend Othello's for a romantic date—especially if you're hoping to impress someone special. It definitely worked on me!

I ordered the spaghetti, he had the chicken alfredo, and we shared the calamari. Unfortunately, the spaghetti was disappointing—worse than typical cafeteria food. The chicken alfredo was okay, but thankfully the calamari stood out as the best dish. I probably won’t be returning, but I wish the restaurant the best moving forward.

Their marinara sauce tastes fresh, and I suspect it's made in-house daily. The stuffed mushrooms with crabmeat deliver an incredible burst of flavor in every bite. If you love dessert, you have to try their coconut cream pie—it's unlike any I've ever had and was the perfect way to finish the meal. I'll definitely be recommending this place, if only for that pie!

Everything was wonderful. The pace of service was perfect. Theappetizer came out first, then the salads, then the entrée with time to enjoy each. Some restaurants stack them all on top ofyou at the same time where you can't enjoy them. Not here, timing was just right! Highly recommended.
