Ordered a large pizza was pretty clear what I wanted and when I got there only half of the pizza was what I order the rest was regular cheese. They remade my pizza which was the bare minimum and didn’t offer anything else since I had to wait for another 15 min . Nothing to make up for my time I had to wait. Food is good but service is trash no effort other than the bare minimum. Will not be going back and will be taking my business elsewhere. When I got home part of the pizza was still under cooked to I had to put in an oven. A customer should not have to do that.
Fantastic staff with a nice atmosphere and relatively cheap food compared to how much you get.
Great atmosphere, food, service, and prices...and the coconut cream pie lives up to the hype!!!
What a nice place .... food is good .... I had Cannons.... wife had a spaghetti dish with meatballs an sausage.... she loved hers ... mine was too cheesy for me .... not enough sauce ..... service was grea ... a little pricey.....
Othello's has received mixed reviews from customers. Some have complained about the lack of flavor, undercooked pasta, and cold dishes, while others have praised the delicious food, great service, and cozy atmosphere. The menu offers a variety of Italian dishes, with some standout options like the Greg's Lasagna Suprema, pepperoni chicken, and tiramisu. The restaurant is family-owned, with a warm and welcoming ambiance. While some customers had issues with the food quality, others have raved about the fresh ingredients and homemade sauces. Overall, Othello's seems to be a hit or miss, but it might be worth a try for fans of Italian cuisine looking for a cozy dining experience in Edmond.

Pizza Sundays are the best.... Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff...the Nancy's or the fetuccine alfredo are to die for, as is the coconut creme pie. Specialty cocktails are excellent. Great place for a date or dinner with the family. We eat here at least once a month and are seldom disappointed by anything!
I came in Last night around 10pm, Saturday; 10/08/2017 and was seated by a very sweat women.
I was disappointed after eating hereThere was no hostess at the podium when we entered, so we waited for several minutes.
So, I'm a little conflicted about this placeFirstly, let me say that the service was excellent.

I am an Italian food snob.... and we had a fabulous meal!!! Love this place! The flavors were great, not to sweet! I highly recommend this restaurant.
We had a lovely anniversary dinner at Othello's this evening. The rainbow trout was delicious, as well as the champagne margarita. Karim was literally the perfect server. He gave us so much great info about the menu and the pies...we will definitely be back! Thank you Karim for taking a picture for us and for the great conversation.
Othello's is my favorite restaurant in Edmond! Located conveniently in the downtown area, the atmosphere is cozy and friendly, service is outstanding, and the food is terrific! I think I have tried most every dish! I highly recommend!
Well...personally I loved this place! We were seated immediately, service and food was excellent. I recommend finishing off the dinner with a piece of the coconut cream pie, it was the best I've ever had!
We had a graduation dinner there last night and had the best service. The food was excellent and they had exceptional staff, with our large group of 25 they kept everything moving and we never had to ask for anything. Thank you for making my daughters day that much better. I recommend them very highly for wonderful food and a great atmosphere.

First time trying Othello’s. We ordered takeout from the Edmond location. The guy that took our order was very pleasant and helpful. Ordered the Greg’s Lasagna Suprema. The serving size was plentiful. Tasted better than other places we’ve visited. It was a bit dry and could’ve had a bit more sauce. Also got the bread and it was good. We will definitely visit again and try out some other entrees. Appreciate the courteous service!! Thank you.Parking: We were able to park fairly close. No problems getting in and out of the area.
Until recently Othello’s has always been a great place to eat. They have good food and good specials. Local small restaurant with a cozy environment. Waitresses and waiters have always been nice friendly and welcoming and have never had a problem.Unfortunately some recent management changes have been made that have changed our decision to not eat here as often. Sad to say we will be taking Othello’s Edmond out of our dining rotation. It is sad because we would visit this place a few times a month whether it was dine in or To-Go.Recently without us even saying or asking anything a host up front voluntarily had mentioned and confirmed some thoughts we had and even mentioned to me that we eat there too often for what we get in return. Seems like we won’t be missed.People and places sometimes need to change to succeed in other areas. I hope they are the changes that fit their goals and values. Unfortunately at the moment they don’t fit mine.
I had the pepperoni chicken, and my husband had the fettuccine Alfredo. We ended with the tiramisu and it was genuinely one of the best meals I've had in a long time. The atmosphere is quiet and cozy. The service was perfect.
Arrived at 8:55 on May 13th. Was seated immediately, but had to wait standing by the table while cleaning supplies were gathered and table cleaned. Sat there waiting for a server to come to our table. At 9:10 we finally flagged one down and she said she would get one. Waited 11 more minutes and no one ever came to our table. At least four were working and only 4 tables had guest in the whole place. Finally just got up and left without anyone even noticing or saying a word to us.
Always a fun experience. The pepperoni chips are quite unique!I got the twisted pats, but wished the bell peppers were sautéed a little before addition to the sauce as they seemed a bit underdone. All was forgiven when we got to the pie.The Coconut cream and chocolate pies were transcendental.

AMAZING!!! Great food, great service, an unbeatable combination! Had happy hour app of fried cheese, Spaghetti and meatballs, pasta with 1/2 Alfredo and 1/2 mushroom sauce, salad and bread. Everything was wonderful. The pace of service was perfect. Theappetizer came out first, then the salads, then the entrée with time to enjoy each. Some restaurants stack them all on top ofyou at the same time where you can't enjoy them. Not here, timing was just right! Highly recommended.
Cheap prices, great atmosphere and service (Jolene was excellent! . However, wanting to comment that I agree with the comments below that the food is like from a cafeteria or from your freezer. I wouldn?t go again due to this.
Family owned and run, always good quality. Gluten free options and they will work hard to adjust and adapt as needed since everything is cooked up fresh. Cocktails are always changing thanks to an experimental bar crew and owner. Nice waitstaff. Goodand reliable.
Can't help but think this place could use an update. Understanding this place is a staple in Edmond for YEARS I get the feeling it's still riding the wave of it's reputation from days of yore. The food was good but the price point was off. The dozen(?)Mussels my wife ordered came smothered in marinara and there wasn't much else to it. Either lower the almost $15 price, orincrease the value. Guys, the place is dirty. There are splatters on the walls from what I can only assume are from otherdiner's pasta and sauces. Look at the walls near the back booths on the lower level and wipe them down from time to time. Lookup. Dust a little. The service was on point. We had a great server and he was attentive without being pestering. The side dishof Spaghetti is awesome. You have competition down the street now.
