Ordered the $5 Monday special and confirmed the special on the phone before placing order. Arrive to pick up the pizza to be charged 60%!!! more. When I asked the employee he said prices are increased today when the window advertisement still stated $5. The cheese bread was essentially just dry crust. Bad customer service! View all feedback.
I visited this restaurant about two months ago and received excellent service. The employee provided a detailed explanation of how their pizzas are made, and was very friendly. The pizza was delicious, and my children loved it. I highly recommend this place.
Kid-friendliness: The staff and owner are amazing Wheelchair accessibility: The owner is fantastic and always makes sure my son and his wheelchair are welcomed and taken care of, with his favorite meal ready to be served.
The pizza at this restaurant is absolutely delightful, and the people who work there are just as wonderful. I enjoyed every bite of my pizza, from the tender, crispy bottom of the dough to the crispy, puffy crust. Many pizza places in the area don't have the technique for this style of dough (Neapolitan), opting instead for a thicker bottom with a crunchy crust that lacks large air bubbles. While there are many ways to make a pizza, I personally love the style of dough that this place has chosen. If I had to choose between Empire Slice (New York Style) and Oak City Pizza (Neapolitan), I would choose Oak City every time. They also mentioned that their other location in Deer Creek offers Detroit Style pizza, so I'll definitely have to try that out. The restaurant is kid-friendly, with a quiet environment and kind staff.
Homemade Gluten Free Crust (I have an actual wheat allergy with no reaction) !!! This is hands down the best GF pizza I have had in a long time. It is made in house and the fluffy texture of the crust is amazing!! If you haven’t tried it I suggest you get to a location and try it!! The pizza the people make this place my new favorite spot! The woman in teal glasses at the Deer Creek location was the sweetest and so friendly!! Worst cheese pizza I’ve ever had, extremely cold and the amount of grease made me gag. I didn’t think it was possible to make a gross cheese pizza but boy was I wrong. Would love my money back
