We have been a customer of this Marcos since opening and have gone with the flow of good to average quality and service. Today they lost our order not once but twice and without apology wanted me to wait another 30 minutes. View all feedback.
My husband called in our order. When I went to pick up, the young man at the window seemed bewildered. Didn 't have my order and honestly, he seemed high. He asked me are you sure it was this store? I explained that we always order from that particular Marco 's because we live in Guthrie, so yes, this store. I asked if he couldn 't just make my order. He suggested that my order was at another store and I should go there to get it. As I was on my way home, this wasn 't a viable solution. I reiterated that I would like them to make my order and that I would pull ahead (out of drive thru lane). He finally understood, took my debit card and indicated it would be 20 mins. After 25 mins., I went inside and again, the dazed affect, acting like he hadn 't seen me before. I assumed they would bring it to my car and they didn 't. The whole experience annoyed me and I doubt we 'll eat here again. BTW, $33.00 for 2 medium pizzas is ridiculous.
Love and miss the pizza. Would be awesome for them to come back to Stillwater.

This has been our go to place for pizza. But last few orders have been wrong or delayed. Latest order, they forgot to put our pizza in the oven. Seems to be a Younger cook team with no supervision. Love the pizzas but service is declining and unacceptable.
Food was good but restaurant was completely unorganized.
