The cleanliness could definitely be better, as the men's restroom was unpleasantly dirty. Additionally, there were issues with the entry door. Overall, the atmosphere felt a bit unkempt and untidy.

Today, I ordered three side dishes, paid for them, and then they informed me they were out of the items I ordered. That's unacceptable! For the past year or two, I've found them out of chicken every single time I've gone. Considering it's supposed to be a chicken restaurant, this is incredibly frustrating. I won't be returning again!
