Better Than Pats OR Genos. I have been eating at this pace since I moved here 15 years ago. OUTSTANDING. I love the Pizza Steak, Grilled Cheese, the Pizzas, and we do some custom corned beef and pastrami sandwiches with mustard and provolone that are always top notch. My four os have and are growing up eating here. It's oe of our favorite spots. Great value, great quality, and you won't go away hungry. <br/ <br/ Last summer we traveled to the east coast and styled in Philadelphia a coupe of days. We did our own cheesesteak challenge trying Pats, GenosI, and Tony Luke's. We lied all three, but felt like Tony Luke's was the best. I liked Genos better than Pats, my boys disagreed on that. However, we all agree that Hobbies s better than ALL three and the owner grew up across the river from Phily in Delaware.

Thank goodness for Lipitor, because I just can't resist their Philly cheese steaks!

This place offers the best Reuben sandwich in the OKC area! The macaroni salad is outstanding, and they even have Tastykakes... mic drop!

Authentic! As an East Coast girl, I absolutely love Hobby's! It's genuine... and I’m so relieved not to have to stand in a long line outside, saying things like "one wiz without" or "one provolone with," or even getting kicked out of line for not ordering correctly! I saw a comment claiming that the owner is from Baltimore, which is incorrect. George Hobison is actually from Delaware. His daughter Kim mentioned that they still fly in the pepper mix from Delaware. So while they may not be from the city of Philadelphia (isn’t Delaware smaller than Philly itself? LOL), they definitely know what a truly authentic Philly cheesesteak is. I appreciate that they use real provolone instead of that Cheez Whiz! I've tried the pizza, pasta, and other sandwiches, and they are all delicious. But I must say, I just love that cheesesteak!

The sandwiches are unbeatable! The jardinière adds an extra burst of flavor that takes them to the next level. I highly recommend the Philly sandwich. It comes with lettuce, tomato, provolone, and grilled onions—so delicious!
