Eating is fresh, the chicken was moist, that is a plus, but overall the food needs more taste. the spinat reis is good, but again, only needs more taste.

This place has consistently good tasting healthy eating. the combo is my way. choose her meat, sweet and then her side. my Fav combo is a meat, grilled vegetables and spinach. I also add avocado when I am extra hungry. I can't be wrong with one of them. perfect portions too! who said healthy must be boring!? this is definitiw the way to go when they feel a Latina food, but not the traditional fatness that comes with it. they even have gluten-free deserts. please do you like to try this place. it is definitiw one of my fav places in the city.

This is a great place to eat healthy at a reasonable price.  The service is really good and the food is really fresh.  If you want to appreciate the actual taste of food with a little flair (e.g. - the meats are marinated overnight in green onion & spiced adobo), then try it out.  If you want sensory overload with MSGs, butter, and processed junk, don't go here.  Lots of healthy options for kids meals, too.  You get a plate like you made a nice meal at home.  You won't get a "presentation" by an Iron Chef.  The purpose here is serving high quality, healthy food.  The owner is really nice, so if you have any issue with the food, just mention it and I'm sure he'll fix it.

Great Food option! Love the taste. Service is also great. Support this Local family owned restaurant. We need to keep this type of business alive. I recommend the Chicken, the apple salad and the spinach rice.lots of gluten free options
