I went through the drive through and ordered a French dip. The the French dip wasn't toasted, the aujus was cold, and when I went back around through the drive through they acted like they didn't believe me and made me not only show them but GIVE THEM back the sandwich. Very disappointed in overall service. Will not come back. View all feedback.

The food was good, the shakes weren't. My husband and I each got a jamoca shake, which was disappointing. It didn't taste or look right. It was like drinking a vanilla shake. We also had asked for arbys sauce, and they didn't give us any. My husband was on his lunch break, so we didn't have time to go back through the drive-thru to get the arbys sauce or ask for replacement shakes. The wait for the food was really long. The girl working the drive thru seemed frustrated and was short with us. The other girl who gave us our food was nice.
I got two of the “two sandwiches” for 6 dollars…. I got two fish and two roast beef. The two fish sandwiches were so gross. They were cold, very little salad or tartar sauce on them and the oil they were fried in made them taste bitter and they were kinda mushy.The two roast beef sandwiches were anemic at best and just too small for words. I’m not a fan of this location at all and will not ever eat here again. I live by it and had bad experiences here fire this. I try to be a positive reviewer…. This place will make you a negative person. They do not even try at this location.Poor, poor job.
Shyann, order taker, was angry with Terese ? and was very rude on the drive thru speaker to customers. Specifically requested au jus sauce and it was still left out of out sack. Went back in to get it and Terese could not say anything other than I don't know. Will NOT go to that Arby's again! Sorry the employees cannot get along, but don't take out frustrations on customers. Double check orders for missing items!
They have the meats but couldn't get my order correct!!!
