Today four workers watching me waiting for ten minutes for my food and said nothing. When I asked for my order they said oh it?s righthere. No apologies. This has happened many times.

However, the sta... read more I usually visit the Panera Bread in Raritan, so I was surprised by how different this location felt. I felt a bit awkward being in a new place. However, the staff here was remarkably attentive (not that the other location isn’t), and I ended up staying for three hours while waiting for my family. I appreciated the abundance of seating options and was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable I felt being there alone. When I encountered an issue, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. One of them even came over to check if I needed assistance while I was sitting down. I just felt this experience was worth sharing.

We really prefer the location in the Middlesex College area over others. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure your order is a great experience. They once made a mistake with my order and offered a free sandwich to make up for it. It truly doesn't get better than this. I’m a loyal customer for life!
