This was my first experience at Thali, and I found it interesting. Like many buffets, some of the meat dishes were a bit on the dry side. I also overlooked the QR code for ordering fresh items, which was my mistake. I recommend not settling for anything less than the best; feel free to ask for replacements with freshly prepared dishes. The Paratha and dosa—both firsts for me—were definitely the highlights. I particularly enjoyed dipping the Paratha into the curry sauces. I can see how this would feel like home cooking for someone from India. The service was good, and I have no complaints on that front.

I recently visited the new Amma Kitchen for the first time and was quite disappointed. The food was not enjoyable, and the buffet lacked variety. This location is nothing like the original Amma Kitchen; everything felt different. The flavors were quite unpleasant, making it one of my least enjoyable dining experiences. I don't understand why they chose to keep the same name when the offerings are so dissimilar. Both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes in the buffet were bland and lacked distinct flavors, which was truly disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this place. If you’re in search of a good meal, I suggest heading to the original Amma Kitchen instead.

The food at this restaurant is quite good, but I have some concerns about the use of thin, disposable plastic plates and bowls for dine-in customers. This practice isn't ideal for customers' health. Sometimes they cover the plastic plates with banana leaves, which is a nice detail; however, it doesn't apply to the dishes served in bowls. I suggest they consider using higher-quality plastic or, preferably, real plates and bowls to enhance the dining experience.

This is the best Indian food I’ve experienced in the United States! The flavors are genuinely authentic. I also want to highlight the excellent customer service; the staff is exceptionally friendly. The Biryani, Kothu Parotta, and Fish Fry were all superb. Additionally, the prices are quite reasonable compared to other Indian restaurants across the country. I would highly recommend this place!

The food at this restaurant was disappointing. I ordered the dosa and vada, but sadly, I can't say I enjoyed either one. I prefer not to leave negative reviews, but this experience doesn't deserve a favorable one.
